Another week without a permit. The electrical inspector is set to go in on Monday, and if he's happy, the building inspector will go back in and check the whole thing out. If he's happy (why are these all men?? Are there female building inspectors??) then we will have our permit! We gave the bank another extension, so we now have until the 17th to back out of the deal.
It was a really exhausting week. All of this waiting is really starting to wear on us. Hopefully it will be over with soon...if all goes well this week, we should have keys in our hands on the 24th! And then the madness will really begin...
A couple of pictures from the weekend attached. Great fun with great folks! :)
